What is the difference between an Express Facial and a full-service facial?
Our Vibe Infusion Express Facials provide targeted skincare in a shorter treatment when you want a quick refresh. Our Classic Signature, Luxe, and Platinum Glow Facials offer a more complete facial experience with additional treatment time, customized skincare, and relaxation techniques.
How often should I get a facial?
Many clients choose a professional facial approximately every 4–6 weeks for regular skincare maintenance. Your ideal schedule may vary depending on your skin, skincare goals, and the treatments you receive.
What is dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a professional exfoliation treatment that gently removes surface dead skin cells and fine facial hair, often called peach fuzz. It helps leave the skin feeling smoother and looking brighter and refreshed.
Will dermaplaning make my hair grow back thicker or darker?
No. Dermaplaning does not change the structure of the hair follicle. The fine facial hair removed during treatment will grow back naturally and will not become thicker or darker because it was dermaplaned.
Can dermaplaning be added to my facial?
Yes. Dermaplaning can be added to our Classic Signature Facial or Luxe Facial for $35. It is already included in our Platinum Glow Facial.
What is high frequency and which facials can I add it to?
High frequency is a skincare enhancement used to support clearer-looking skin and help calm the appearance of inflammation. It can be added for $20 to any Vibe Infusion Express Facial, Dermaplaning Service, Classic Signature Facial, or Luxe Facial. High Frequency is already included in the Platinum Glow Facial.
How should I prepare for my facial?
Arrive with clean skin when possible and let your esthetician know about your current skincare products, medications, recent treatments, allergies, sensitivities, and skin concerns. Avoid aggressive exfoliation immediately before your appointment.
What should I avoid after my facial?
Your aftercare may vary depending on the treatments performed. In general, be gentle with freshly treated skin, keep it hydrated, use SPF, and avoid aggressive exfoliation or unnecessary irritation. Your esthetician will provide aftercare recommendations based on your treatment.
Can I get a facial if I have sensitive or breakout-prone skin?
Many of our facial services can be customized for sensitive, congested, or breakout-prone skin. Your esthetician will evaluate your skin and discuss any contraindications before treatment to determine which options are appropriate for you.
