Your First Brazilian Wax
Feeling a little nervous about your first Brazilian wax? That’s completely normal. Our experienced estheticians will explain the process, answer your questions, and help you feel comfortable from start to finish. Your comfort, privacy, and preferences always come first.
Before You Arrive: Hair should be about ¼ inch long—roughly the length of a grain of rice. If you’ve been shaving, allow approximately 2–3 weeks of growth before your appointment. Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours beforehand and arrive with clean, dry skin without heavy lotions or oils.
During Your Wax: Your esthetician will walk you through the process and can adjust the pace based on your comfort level. We’ll also talk with you about your preferences so your Brazilian wax is customized to you. Have questions? Ask away! We want you to feel comfortable throughout your appointment.
After Your Wax: Some temporary redness or sensitivity can be normal. For the first 24 hours, avoid excessive heat, hot tubs, saunas, intense exercise, and unnecessary friction. After 48–72 hours, begin gentle exfoliation to help keep follicles clear and reduce the chance of ingrown hairs.
Waxing Appointments
Allow approximately 2–3 weeks of hair growth after shaving. Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours beforehand and arrive with clean, dry skin free of heavy lotions or oils.

Facial & Skincare Appointments
Come with clean skin when possible and be prepared to tell your esthetician about your current skincare routine, medications, sensitivities, and any recent treatments or procedures.
Forms & Arrival
Complete any required intake or consent forms before your appointment when possible, and arrive on time so we can provide your full scheduled service.

Booking & Confirmation
A valid card on file is required to book an appointment.
You must confirm, reschedule, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
You may manage your appointment online through our booking system or contact us by phone, text, or voicemail for assistance.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
After a no-show, the missed appointment must be paid in full before another appointment can be booked. If the card on file is declined, the outstanding balance must be paid and the next appointment prepaid before rebooking.
We understand that unexpected situations happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Salon Policies
Deposits & Late Arrivals
A 50% deposit is required for the 1st Time or Been Awhile Service and will be applied toward the scheduled service. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable for same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, or no-shows.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we can not properly complete your scheduled service, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% late-arrival charge will apply.
Minor Clients
Clients under 18 require parent or legal guardian consent. The parent or guardian must create the client’s profile, complete the required consent, and be present for each service.
Clients under 18 may receive American or French bikini waxing, underarm waxing, leg waxing, and arm waxing with parent or guardian consent and presence.
Brazilian waxing is available only to clients 18 and older.
